Fantastic service - both the customer service and the laundry service. They came to pick up the laundry and dropped them promptly after cleaning. All along he gave me the ETA at evey juncture. I asked for expedited service because of the immediate requirement of the clothes and they delivered. The cleaning was great, the clothes had pleasant aroma after the wash and the stains were removed. All in all, I recommend them strongly! Thank you for taking care of us!

I’ve used the service twice, and both times the washing and ironing quality were excellent. The pickup and delivery were punctual and well-coordinated. On one occasion, I realized much later that a shirt was missing from the delivered set, as I hadn’t checked the clothes immediately. However, when I contacted customer support, they responded promptly, located the shirt, and arranged for it to be sent back to me. Overall, a highly reliable and professional service.
