2 stars, and that is also because somehow the dry cleaning done was OK. Rest the service is pathetic and moreover the staff of the shop themselves doesn't know about the clothes are done or not. Received my cloth almost after 6 days after the commited date and that too when I went to the shop to collect. According to them it was already delivered a day before. The local drycleaners are much better atleast they do the job in the time they provide and revert correctly.
