They take utmost care. when I gave any delicate fabric, I gave them a heads-up for attention. Suggestion: Take Before and After Pics of such ones which need attention to avoid situations. With Live and transparent operations, I would say just don't mind on the reviews and go visit them to know yourself. Im sure you gonna appreciate the efforts they put to ensure customer delight.
