A review for a laundry service? This specific location deserves a stellar one. Yeah, I'm not from Mumbai and while I have visited many times, I really don't know the place. Thanks to Uber and Google Maps, that's how I get around and look for places when I'm here. We wanted to go to Siddhivinayak; the one by Haji Ali. Needed to find a tumbledry on the way and I found this one. We were travelling from Andheri to Siddhivinayak and were going to stop here. Yeah, if you are a Mumbaikar, you are probably wondering dude, this place is in the opposite direction. Turns out there is a Siddhivinayak in Thane too. And this location was on the way to the Thane Siddhivinayak. Needless to say, I realized the error AFTER I already dropped the clothes off and we were several km away. Now the folks here were very kind; I think they kind of figured when they saw me that I'm not from Mumbai. I needed laundry done by the next day and they said it will be done. I also requested if I can send a courier to pick it up the next day instead of coming myself. The load I gave was I think 1 kg or so but they still took it and did not charge me anything extra since the load was so small. Well after I left their place and we realized we were heading in the wrong direction, I called to ask if there was any way they could have it ready the same evening. They were kind enough to help me out and got it done the same evening. Super friendly, kind and honestly just really know how to run the business. I appreciate it a lot. As for the company Tumbledry; I LOVE it. This was my third location in India (Chennai and Bengaluru were the other two) and every place has just been wonderful.
