Recently, the Yapral store has been taken over by a new team and they’ve made a few changes in their process, one of which is that innerwear is no longer included in the regular laundry. When I gave my clothes as usual, they didn’t accept innerwear under the normal service. At first, I felt the pricing was a bit high and was honestly a little confused when the store manager suggested premium laundry or per-piece cleaning for inners. However, she took the time to explain the reason behind this change, and that’s when I understood their approach better. She explained that innerwear needs special handling and proper sanitization and shouldn’t be washed along with regular clothes. After hearing this, I genuinely appreciated how professional and hygiene-focused they are. Yes, their pricing is on the higher side, but they clearly don’t compromise on quality. Because of that, I’m very happy with their service. I would definitely recommend this place if hygiene and proper care matter more to you than just low pricing.
