This place is absolutely the worst. Had given my 15 years old saree which was sentimental as it was my grandmother’s and it had few stains on them . I had told them 10 times not to do anything harsh in order to remove stains and I don’t have any problem if the stains were not removed I asked them to only dry clean . These people went their own way to do experiments on my saree and ruin it to a phase where it’s torn in 2 pieces and the stain in one place had come all over the saree . Then the owner on call says “what do u want me do “? If you can’t have proper people to do the work and if u can’t take up the responsibility if something goes wrong then why open a business? This was the worst experience ever . Now my grandmothers saree is just ruined coz of these careless people .
