I have been availing their service from over 1 and half years. With their old team the service was ultimate and very good. Of late they have hired new staff one of them was unprofessional and impolite. Last time I had a BAD experience. They lost ONE OF THE CLOTH WAS NOT returned AND SO FAR UNTRACED. And I got an irresponsible message stating that case is they are closing as the item's have been delivered. The owners have to pay utmost attention and carefully return all the clothes without misplacing. Except this, I would have rated them with 5 stars *************** I appreciate their quick and positive reply. I am very happy to say that they have traced the missing cloth and returned the same.
