They always pick up your clothes from wherever you are and tag everything to make sure nothing gets lost. We brought in 13kg of clothing and needed “express” —which meant returned before 48hours— and got everything in a timely manner to our doorstep. All of the clothing was folded nicely in a bag upon arrival. :)
