My experience with Tumble Dry (Berlie Street) has been exceptional. They have a amazing team that always meet my needs. They are my go to for getting my shoes restored looking completely brand new and have them in pristine condition. Shoes were in a horrible state and now they look brand new thanks to Tumble Dry and the team are very professional, I would very much recommend to my family & friends for there superb service. I am a regular customer at this store . The staff are very helpful and accomadating .Their service is excellent especially with blankets and curtains ,they come out smelling so fresh and clean . I gave a pair of shoes last time when it was heavily soiled in the rains ,they just brightened it up for me like it was alMost NEW .I Am happy with their services .

Brilliant Experience @ Tumble Dry Shantinagar ( Berlie Street). Clothes are washed clean and feels very fresh, also the packaging was clean & neat. One of the best Laundry Service i have experienced.

Service attitude a bit cold towards a foreigner, but quick turnaround on the day, cheap (although a higher / premium price is charged for same day - R270 for 1.8kg of clothes). Clothes seem to be ironed well.

The Lady Manager of the store is so prompt and polite. She remembers a customer and the clothes they have given at times ,without even looking at the system or the bill. My experience has been always been good, especially the last time i gave them a couple of light colored woolen sweaters that were kept in the wardrobe with out being used for a long time and had turned yellow. They told me that they would try their best but wouldn't guarantee since they couldn't use harsh chemicals on woollens to remove the stains. But believe me , I was more than happy when my sweaters came out fresh and new smelling so good. Very happy with their service

I live in Vancouver and have been here for more than 4-5 weeks now. I found their service very prompt and at times when I needed my clothes in 24 hours( express delivery )they charged a Lil extra but delivered the clothes smelling fresh and well ironed at the mentioned time. Initially I was alil hassled when they did not take undergarments , but when they explained and had a reason to it ,I guess I understood their apprehensions, which I could relate and agree too . Their wash and steam iron service is just sooooo convenient and good. And they also cleaned my skechers shoe like New after the untimely rains of Bangalore last week. Staff are very helpful and polite.

For a student this place is so convenient. The manager is helpful and obliging and gives back the load in 24 hours, except sometimes when they have a heavy load she says it's not possible. I use the wash and fold services regularly and sometimes when the clothes are heavily soiled they go that extra mile to soak a few sports clothes and wash and fold it for me .I am a regular walk in customer since it is close to my College and PG.
