I’m an NRI who had come for vacation and I was looking for an laundry service and I came across this store while passing by and i was so impressed with the transparency of the store where to my knowledge is the only laundry that I saw in Chennai where they do live laundry and the store manager who i later came to know was also the owner of the store. He was so kind enough to explain all the live process step by step that they go through while doing laundry. I was so impressed with their service where I could see everything in front of my eyes and that I wanted to give my laundry to them. I just gave them my address i got free pick up and to my surprise I got all my laundry was delivered within a day’s time back to my address with such a great packaging that it felt fresh and new and to top it off i even got 20% discount as well. However, I suggest them to consider weighing post-washing and drying of wet clothes( I gave an already heavy quilt recently, which got wet due to some reason which increased the weight further ) for pricing.
