He was so kind enough to explain all the live process step by step that they go through while doing laundry. I was so impressed with their service where I could see everything in front of my eyes and that I wanted to give my laundry to them. I just gave them my address i got free pick up and to my surprise I got all my laundry was delivered within a day’s time back to my address with such a great packaging that it felt fresh and new and to top it off i even got 20% discount as well. However, I suggest them to consider weighing post-washing and drying of wet clothes( I gave an already heavy quilt recently, which got wet due to some reason which increased the weight further ) for pricing.
